The sari is a South Asian garment worn extensively in India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
Its origins date back to 2800 BC. It’s typically wrapped around the waist with one end draped over the shoulder. The colors have many different meanings and the choice is dependent on ones thinking for the day. Red can signify love or celebration for example and yellow represents warmth, optimism and light.
